Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Leadership

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance goals
• Assign tasks and ensure efficient daily operations
• Support hiring, training, and employee development
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures

Customer Service

• Provide exceptional in-store customer service
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when necessary
• Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
• Handle phone inquiries and process orders

Store Operations

• Process sales, orders, and special purchases accurately
• Coordinate deliveries and supplier orders
• Maintain inventory levels and investigate discrepancies

• Identify hazards and maintain a safe store environment

Qualifications

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced AZ Truck Driver to join our Bolton team. This role involves the safe transportation and delivery of lumber and building supplies. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and experienced with heavy trucks and material-handling equipment such as a Forklift or Moffett.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate AZ DZ and G-licensed vehicles
• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload trusses and building materials
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and complete driver logs as required
• Operate material-handling equipment at delivery sites
• Maintain compliance with the Highway Traffic Act and company safety policies
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers
• Keep trucks and equipment clean and in good working condition
• Assist in yard between loads as required
• Drive for our other locations Georgetown, Barrie or Truss Plant as assigned. 

Required Qualifications (Only candidates meeting all requirements will be considered)

• Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 3 years of AZ-level heavy truck experience (insurance requirement)
• Moffett or Forklift experience required
• Strong understanding of load securement and safe driving practices
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 80 lbs and working in all weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Moffett (truck-mounted) experience or certification
• Experience with flatbed and roll-off equipment
• Construction or building materials delivery background

We are currently seeking a Customerfocused Counter Sales Associate to join our team at our Georgetown location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has an interest and knowledge in building materials, and thrives in a fastpaced retail environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Counter Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting daily sales and inventory operations.

Customer Service

• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints
• Follow up to ensure customer commitments are met
• Assist with carryouts as needed

Order Processing & Inventory Support

• Enter instore and phone orders
• Arrange deliveries and supplier orders
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and shelf stocking
• Assist with receiving, pricing, and restocking products
• Investigate inventory discrepancies

Department & Store Maintenance

• Keep displays organized, wellsigned, and clean
• Maintain safe, clutterfree aisles and storage areas

Additional Responsibilities

• Propane tank filling (training and certification provided if required)

• Act as an onthejob trainer when assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous retail, counter sales, or building materials experience is an asset
• Product knowledge in building materials such as drywall, lumber, insulation, shingles, plywood, and related products is required
• Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs regularly
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift

• Working in a warehouse and retail environment
